Tea With Ruby

Dylan and I had a special day together - first because it was just the two of us and second we went to see a ballet performance of Tea With Ruby!  It was D's first 'big girl' dance event and she was in awe over it all.  After the show the performers were all gathered in the lobby for photo's.  I've never seen Dylan act so shy or perhaps she was in awe of them - regardless it was very sweet.  Oh and the outfit Dylan's wearing was created by none other than her loveliness.

The book Tea With Ruby is done by the same illustrator as Fancy Nancy whom Dylan just loves so you can only imagine how sweet it was to watch her go ask for an autograph all by herself.
