Dylan stared in her first TV commercial! A few weeks ago, Matt was shooting for an ad agency from Montana. There was a need for a little girl in one of the spots and guess who was perfect for the roll? Some might say it was written for her. That's how you get in, isn't it?! Anyway, she showed up on set all ready to go. Her character is the daughter of man injured in an on the job accident. She and her mom are at the bed side hoping for the best for the father, but it doesn't look good. Dylan was fully in character. She pulled together a very method style approach and was cranky and clingy the whole time until after her scene was shot out. Then, she was content cruising around, hanging out with the grips, hanging out with the cool guys in the camera department and of course, hitting the craft service table. She had a fun day. Too bad the pay was so low. She'll have to get an agent.
The fun thing with this campaign is that it'll not only be on TV in Montana, but it'll run in theaters in Missoula and other parts of Western Montana. It'll start in early June and run for a month.
