Water Taxi's & Ferris wheels, Oh My

Oh what fun was had the other day! Our good friend, Kristie took Dylan on quite a fun adventure. First they hit the water taxi from West Seattle to Downtown. Dylan loved it! She told me all about the white waves, how fast the boat went, and the wind blowing on her hair. They were dropped off down at the waterfront downtown which just happened to be real close to the new ferris wheel! Oh Dylan spotted it month ago from the West Seattle bridge during construction "Hey mom, look at ferris wheel! But it doesn't have any buckets.". Then it was "Hey mom, look the ferris wheel has buckets, can we go on it please, please, please!". So you could only imagine how Kristie made her day! Especially come to find out that Kristie doesn't like heights - so she really took one for the team, team Dylan that is. Thanks Kristie!!!!

A Quick Trip to Vashon

Last weekend we made a quick trip to Vashon to pick up a little kitchen for D I found on Craigslist. It made for a fun family outing as well. Dylan loved the ferry boat ride, even got to do a very important job. Before heading home we stopped off at a fun little beach and Dylan was all over exploring every inch. Matt got some great photos on his phone.
