Pool Time

Suns out in Seattle and it was time to get the pool filled. And being the fish that miss D is, she loves her pool. Here she is playing with a piece of wood she found from our basement project.





Decided to teach herself how to surf. The little pink canoe you see in the picture was actually mine when i was a little kiddo. I found it when I was cleaning out a box and thought no way will it still hold air, well guess what it did and Dylan loves it!

Maggie And The Pool

What do we do around here on a hot afternoon? We break out the swimming pool silly! The verdict is still out in which of us girls enjoys it more. Alls I can say is what happens in the backyard, stays in the backyard - well, okay, these pictures and videos are too cute not to share.

Kiddie Pool Time

Suns out and there are kiddie pools awaiting! One afternoon Dylan and I met our good friends Miles, Gia, and Shannon at the Volunteer Park kiddie pool for a little splashing time fun.

Then d headed straight out to the big boys who were playing tag or something. She so wanted to join in.

Big Day Over At Clarkville

Today was a big day over here at Clarkville. First off Dylan's carseat is now facing forward!!!!!

Then at Aqua Tots it was the revealing of the new summer bikini, which not only made her even yummier but we had our best day yet of swimming. D was on top of her game today - out bubbled, out splashed, out squealed, and out swam all her co-swimmers! Way to go bikini baby!!!!

Yup there is your beeboo (belly button). hee hee!

Pool Party

With the heat wave we're having in Seattle we decided to get a pool! Yes we are the proud owners of a pool. We can now say 'I'm sitting poolside'. Growing up I remember loving my little backyard pool, I'd spend hours in it. We're not quite to that point yet as Dylan spent all of 5 minutes in hers and I think that was pushing it. The water was a little cold but Maggie sure is loving it! And really the pool was second to the cute little bathing suit - come on look at that thing and those chunky thighs - too cute!

Is it wonder woman? Is it Miss America? No it's super cute D in her tini little star'd swimsuit.

Splashing is fun.

Oh boy ~ toys.

As D sat down in the pool she let out a big sigh ~ I think the water was a little cold.
